Dima released, Carstea still in custody - unbelievable

I just woke up to the news that Vasile Dima has been released...and Florentina Carstea is still in custody. I do not understand this, I cannot accept it - it is a travesty of justice and a joke to the whole system of responsibility. While Florentina did her job for 12 years flawlessly and during a 12 minute absence out of a 12h shift, a fire broke out. Why did the fire break out? Because scumbag Dima didn't do his job. He didn't inspect the equipment, he didn't assure fire prevention material, he didn't train the staff in the fire evacuation process although he was hired by the medical unit to do so. THIS man deserves a jail term, Florentina does not. Perhaps there's a more comprehensible reason for his release: he will implicate Marinescu and Marinescu has connections. This is the man along with Marinescu, Ranga and Savu who are guilty of negligence leading to manslaughter and grievous bodily harm. NOT Florentina Carstea. Why is Florentina still under preventive arrest? She is no danger to anyone. She is not a public menace. What is going on?!

His hearing lasted two hours, had nothing to prove he had done his job to implement fire drills as the civilian in charge of fire prevention, etc and was accused of professional negligence with dire consequences. Here is another excellent article from Gândul detailing the job descriptions of Dima - none of which he did - just took it easy for 34 years. I am now sure he is the same scumbag who said he wasn't qualified to check on the electricians and that the babies should have died anyway - he too had been at the hospital for 34 years.

Furthermore, Florentina's lawyer wants the charges to be changed to 'negligence'. Whaaaaaat? She is NOT GUILTY and that's that.  Not of manslaughter and not even, I truly believe, of negligence. The system is, however, guilty of both, Dima, Marinescu, Ranga. Her plea should be NOT GUILTY to any charge. What the hell is her lawyer doing to her? Why has Dima not been held under arrest? He merits it far more than Florentina. Why isn't Marinescu banged up and Ranga, too. I do not understand how this investigation is going - will someone please explain the Roumanian legal system?! Is there one? This is a joke and Florentina Carstea seems to be the punchline...

Yes, I'm asking myself if it's just a coincidence that Dima was investigated by the DA's office on a firday, so he can be released on saturday, I mean on weekend when not many people bother to read or watch the news. The public mind is concentrated on sports (Chivu, for ex.) what Boc said, what Esca wore, etc...
Let's how that the Bucharest Court of Appeals will release Florentina this coming monday.
BTW, I heard well that the Giulesti maternity paid 7,000 euros monthly to a company supposed to check the equipment in the hospital. Whether this included the faulty a/c I'm not sure anyway, the amount is huge..
