Step 1 - Bung ingredients in bowl - don't remember them! Sorry! Step 2 - Balance bowl on radiator til dough rises like so Step 3 - tip out dough on to floury surface Step 4 - dust with flour Step 5 - knead and pummel into a loaf shape Step 6 - shove in to greased baking tin Step 7 - baste with egg yolk Step 8 - put back on the radiator to rise Step 9 - take off radiator when risen Step 10 - baste with egg yolk again Step 11 - Put in oven, don't remember gas mark - use imagination and also for dinner - schnitel and ciorba
